"This shoot never was published, at the time maybe they didn’t make the grade but it is interesting with the passing of time as image can become more evocative of a time. I was commissioned by a UK magazine to photograph Nick but the room hired at a hotel was very pokey with dominant bookcases and light fittings. I do like this shot despite the obstacles."
