We created this shot in a penthouse at Bono’s Hotel, The Clarence for Q Magazine.
The brief was a bit unconventional: “ask the Foo Fighters if you can shoot them all in the hot tub”. When we arrived, it turned out that the penthouse had a hot tub for one, not four! I was the lucky one tasked with delivering the news, and true to form, the Foos obliged, stripping down to their pants, jumping in and making the moment unforgettable.
The result is a shot that perfectly captures the band and is a personal favourite of mine ever since!
